Job Summary
Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status while assessing, troubleshooting, and responding to clinical situations. Educate patients and build meaningful relationships as part of a supportive care team in an outpatient setting. Ensure compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services, using critical thinking skills to solve problems and support patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing. This role requires a current RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years' experience with acutely ill patients. Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification
- Basic EKG interpretation
- 2+ years' experience with acutely ill patients
- Strong assessment skills
- Time management skills
- Communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
