Float Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care in outpatient dialysis settings across Northfield, Faribault and Rochester clinics; responsibilities include monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes; collaborate with a supportive clinical team; educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options; float to nearby clinics as needed with a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays); requires RN license in state of practice, ADN required with BSN preferred; training provided; equal opportunity employer with competitive benefits.
