Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting by monitoring patients, managing treatment plans, and responding to health changes. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians, and educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options. Float to nearby clinics as needed while maintaining a flexible schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Paid training is provided, with sessions potentially occurring at a clinic other than your home location.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice
- ADN
- Reliable transportation for potential floating
- Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Training may occur at a clinic other than your home location
Desired Qualifications
- BSN
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg
- CNN/CDN certification
