Job Summary
DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide inpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include delivering various dialysis therapies, collaborating with hospital teams, monitoring patients, and adapting to a dynamic environment. Paid training is provided; no prior dialysis experience is required. A current RN license and an Associate's Degree in Nursing are mandatory, while a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. This position involves rotating through different hospital units, with a schedule that includes regular and on-call shifts. Full vaccination against COVID-19 and passing a color vision test may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required
- Must pass a color vision test
- Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required
Desired Qualifications
- BSN preferred
- CNN/CDN certification (preferred)
- ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience helpful but not required
