Job Summary
Deliver direct patient care in outpatient dialysis settings for patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians. Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options. Float to nearby clinics as needed with a flexible schedule. Expect a fast-paced, hands-on environment with long-term patient relationships and broad nursing skills applied to medically complex patients. Paid training provided. Location: 11284 - Singleton Farms Dialysis, United States of America; Schedule includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
