Job Summary
Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status in an outpatient DaVita setting; educate patients, build relationships, and collaborate with a care team to ensure safety and wellbeing. Requires RN license in state of practice, CPR, EKG interpretation skills, and 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients; CNN certification a plus. This role emphasizes compassionate patient care, strong assessment and communication, and participation in ongoing professional development through DaVita’s StarLearning platform.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification
- basic EKG interpretation
- 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
- CNN certification a plus
