Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed to manage Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) patients in a DaVita setting. Responsibilities include training patients and caregivers on PD procedures and self-care, managing a caseload of PD patients with assessments and care planning, monitoring treatment progress, conducting home visits, providing on-call support, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Requires minimum 12 months RN experience, RN license in NJ, and valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Day-to-day duties emphasize clinical care, patient education, and case management with Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts; weekends/holidays off. Required Qualifications
