Registered Nurse

In SNF dialysis settings, the RN provides complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure dialysis treatment stays on track, troubleshoots and makes sound clinical decisions, educates patients and families, and may supervise Dialysis Technicians to deliver tandem care. The role emphasizes autonomous, best-practice nursing in a start-up style environment, collaboration with cross-functional resources, and a focus on patient outcomes and quality improvement. The RN Educator role involves direct patient care, independent assessment/diagnosis/implementation of care plans, and ensuring adherence to clinical goals while supporting SNF partners.
