Job Summary
Registered Nurse to join DaVita’s outpatient dialysis team. Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting for patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions. Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, respond to health changes, and educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options. Collaborate with a supportive clinical team including Patient Care Technicians. Float to nearby clinics as needed with a flexible schedule; training provided. Uniformly measured by compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment with long-term patient relationships and a broad nursing skill set across medically complex cases.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
