Job Summary
Oversee nursing operations for five licensed residential facilities serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Provide consultation, training, and delegation of medication administration procedures to staff in accordance with Vermont Division of Licensing and Protection regulations. Develop and monitor nursing care plans, protocols, and special care procedures while completing resident assessments per licensing standards. Liaise with guardians, families, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure quality services and compliance. Assist clients with Individual Support Agreements and function as part of their support team as needed. This role offers a salary of $59,500 to $80,500/year, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health benefits. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Vermont
