Job Summary
Perform scrub functions and manage overall nursing care during complex cardiovascular surgical procedures. Assist physicians and anesthesia staff with intubation and maintaining lines. Prepare cardiovascular operating rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for use. Requires Wisconsin RN licensure and ALS/BLS within specified timelines. CVOR experience preferred; teamwork and precise care in a high-acuity cardiac environment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
- Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire
