Registered Nurse CVICU

Conduct cardiac monitoring, identify dysrhythmias, and treat appropriately while administering medications and treatments according to hospital policy. Formulate and revise plans of care based on patient response, evaluating effectiveness and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs. Delegate work to non-licensed staff and communicate with physicians, resource nurses, and team leaders. Provide education materials to patients and families, facilitate discharge plans, and ensure a safe, comforting environment. Requires 1 year of acute care RN experience, current Texas RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
