Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care in the CVICU while implementing and monitoring patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions, serving as the primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders, and assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team. Work full-time days from 7am to 7pm at Ascension St. Vincent in Evansville, IN.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
- Required professional licensure at time of hire
