Registered Nurse - CTICU - Part Time(0.45FTE) - Nights (UTICA, NY)

Assess, plan, promote, and evaluate quality patient care for cardiac and thoracic ICU patients by collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support while teaching patients and families about disease processes, medications, and self-care skills. Adhere to infection control policies, troubleshoot medical equipment, and maintain accurate documentation in medical records. Communicate care plans to the nursing team and participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-specific problem solving. Maintain professional knowledge through mandatory in-services and educational workshops. Perform other duties as required.
