Job Summary
Conduct patient interviews, assess gastrointestinal, cardiovascular, respiratory, renal, and neurological health status, and adjust individualized care plans based on mobility, sensory deficits, and pain levels. Administer prescribed medications safely, perform grade I-IV decubitus care, apply dressings, and execute skin care procedures while maintaining aseptic technique. Collaborate with physicians and the care team to coordinate treatments, document patient outcomes, and provide discharge planning and education. Manage emergency situations, ensure safety precautions, and utilize clinical judgment to delegate assignments effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State
- Specialized certifications as needed

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- RN experience
