Registered Nurse Critical Care Unit

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered critical care in the ICU, performing procedures and monitoring as ordered by medical providers. Assess, perform, teach, and manage patient care using established nursing models while serving as an advocate for patients and families. Manage evidence-based practices and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to customize holistic treatment plans that promote recovery. Document administration of care thoroughly and teach patients about conditions, medications, lifestyle changes, and follow-up measures. Full-time night shift position requiring Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire and at least one year of ICU experience.
