Per Diem Night shift Registered Nurse in ICU across Evanston, Glenview, Highland Park, and Skokie. Responsibilities include independently delivering safe, effective nursing care for a specific unit, applying the nursing process to plan and evaluate care, guiding unlicensed assistive personnel, coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and high-quality experiences, and contributing to safety goals. Requires active IL RN licensure, NLN-accredited nursing education with BSN preferred, BLS/CPR ACLS certification, and at least two years of recent acute care critical care experience with telemetry competence (demonstrated within 14 days of hire).
