Required Qualifications
- Current RN license to practice in Missouri
- Minimum one year of registered nurse experience (as indicated in job specs)
- Ability to perform comprehensive nursing assessments and documentation
- Competence in medication administration and coordination of care in ICU setting
- Ability to educate patients/families and perform discharge planning
- Adherence to infection control practices and safety policies
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for handoffs and team-based care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and ongoing certification maintenance
