Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) - Float Pool

Registered Nurse - Critical Care (ICU) Float Pool provides continuous patient assessment, develops and implements individualized plans of care, collaborates with the healthcare team, and may serve as preceptor or charge nurse. Responsibilities include planning and documentation of care, evaluating patient response and readiness for discharge, education for patients and families, and participation in neuro-focused care (neuro assessment, airway management, care for patients with tracheostomies, ventilated patients, and related procedures). Required nursing competencies include acute/critical care experience and ability to use electronic health records; BSN preferred; active nursing license in applicable state; BLS certification.
