Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) – Float Pool

Registered Nurse – ICU Float Pool providing bedside assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care in the neuro-focused unit; supervises non-RN staff, serves as charge nurse and preceptor, coordinates care across units, and performs neuro-specific procedures (airway management, suctioning, tracheostomy care, ventilator care) with emphasis on patient education and documentation aligned with the TIA teaching program.
