Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) – Float Pool

Registered Nurse in the Cardiac ICU/Neuro ICU with float-pool responsibilities. Provides comprehensive nursing care across ICU units, assesses and plans individualized patient care, delegates and supervises on the assigned unit, serves as charge nurse and preceptor, and demonstrates expertise in neuro and cardiac critical care including airway management, suctioning, ventilator care, and participation in teaching programs. Requires CT RN licensure, BSN preferred, and BCLS within one month of hire; provides patient education, collaborates with the care team, and upholds professional standards and organizational values.
