Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) – Float Pool

Registered Nurse - Critical Care (ICU) on Float Pool. Responsibilities include assessing the patient’s physical and psychosocial condition; developing, communicating, and documenting a Plan of Care; coordinating care with the healthcare team; patient and family education; acting as a preceptor to new staff and a charge nurse; and performing neuro-specific care including airway management, tracheostomy/suctioning, Halo brace care, and care of ventilated patients. Requires BSN preferred, CT RN license, 1 year acute nursing experience, and BLS. Demonstrates competency in neuro assessment and aligns care with our policies and procedures, including the TIA teaching program.
