Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) – Float Pool

Registered Nurse in Critical Care (ICU) with float pool duties. Provides comprehensive nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on a Nursing Unit; serves as preceptor and charge nurse; demonstrates expertise in neuro care, airway management, ventilator support, and specialized procedures (e.g., suctioning, tracheostomy care). Collaborates with healthcare team, educates patients and families, and ensures readiness for discharge. Requires BSN preferred, CT RN license, and at least 1 year of acute nursing experience; BLS required; ICU/critical care experience preferred.
