Job Summary
Registered Nurse – ICU/Neuro unit with float pool responsibilities. Actively participates in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; provides supervision of non-RN personnel; may serve as charge nurse and preceptor. Requires BSN preferred, 1 year Neonatal ICU experience, and CT RN license. Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and revise plans of care, facilitates education for patients and families, and ensures high-quality service across the department; duties may include tracheostomy/ventilator care and neuro procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
- One year Neonatal ICU RN experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
