Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) – Float Pool

Registered Nurse – Critical Care (ICU) Float Pool. Responsibilities include assessing patients’ physical and psychosocial conditions, developing and communicating plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, supervising non-RN personnel, acting as charge nurse, and providing education post-discharge. Demonstrates competency in neuro patient care, airway management, and special neuro procedures; proficient in ventilator care, tracheostomy suctioning, and Halo brace care; supports the TI A teaching program. Requires collaboration with interdisciplinary team, preceptorship of new staff, and adherence to unit policies to ensure high-quality patient care.
