Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) - Float Pool

Registered Nurse for ICU float pool responsible for ongoing neuro patient care, including neuro assessment, airway management, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support. Provides supervision to non-RN personnel, serves as charge nurse when assigned, and collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and document individualized plans of care, education, and discharge planning. Requires CT RN licensure, 1 year NICU experience, and BLS; BSN preferred. Location: Baltimore, MD. Demonstrates accountability, patient-centered care, and adherence to unit policies.
