Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) – Float Pool

Registered Nurse in Critical Care/ICU float pool providing assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and supervision of patient care across units. Responsibilities include developing and documenting plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, precepting new staff, functioning as charge nurse, and demonstrating proficiency in neuro assessment, airway management, and specialized neuro procedures (including tracheostomy and ventilator care). BSN preferred; CT RN license required; 1 year acute nursing experience required; BLS required. Will work in Williamsville, NY with potential cross-unit assignments and ongoing patient education and discharge planning.
