Registered Nurse in Critical Care (ICU) Float Pool providing continuous patient assessment, planning and coordination of care, supervision of non-RN personnel, and precepting/charging on the unit. Requires BSN preferred, CT RN license, and BLS; 1 year of acute nursing experience; involves neuro-focused care and procedures (neuro assessments, airway management, suctioning, ventilator care) and collaboration with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate Of An Accredited School Of Nursing; BSN Preferred
- 1 Year acute nursing experience required
- Valid State Of Connecticut Registered Nurse License
- BLS Required
- Critical Care or Emergency experience preferred
