Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) - Float Pool

Registered Nurse in the Critical Care ICU Float Pool role providing comprehensive patient care across units under Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator supervision. Responsibilities include assessing and planning individualized care, delegating and supervising non-RN staff, serving as charge nurse when assigned, and precepting new staff. Demonstrates competency in neuro assessment and care, airway management of neuro patients (including tracheostomy suctioning), and care for ventilated patients. Requires ability to develop and communicate plans of care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
