Registered Nurse Critical Care (ICU) – Float Pool

Registered Nurse in Critical Care (ICU) Float Pool will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on a nursing unit, supervise non-RN personnel, and serve as a charge nurse as needed. Responsibilities include ongoing assessment of patients, developing and communicating a plan of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, and ensuring high-quality service. Demonstrates competency in neuro patient care, airway management, tracheostomy/ventilator care, and related procedures; acts as a preceptor and contributes to unit performance and patient education.
