Registered Nurse - Critical Care - Full Time-Nights

Coordinate, implement, and plan nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients upon admission, utilizing observation, communication, and examination skills to identify problems and needs. Plan individual patient care, including teaching, discharge, and post-discharge needs. Administer medications and solutions safely, document accurately, and reassess patient conditions to modify care plans. Accept charge responsibilities, assign staff based on acuity, and maintain a therapeutic environment. Requires prolonged standing for up to twelve hours daily.
