Job Summary
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team, assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions and progress. Administer medications and treatments according to care plans while communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members. Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards. Licensed RN in Michigan required; new and upcoming graduates accepted with Med/Surg experience preferred. Day shift, 36 hours/week from 5:45a to 6:15p, including 50% weekends and three on-call shifts per six weeks. Eligible for a $9,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year commitment. Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN in the State of Michigan
- New and upcoming graduates
- Day Shift
- 36 hours/week
- 5:45a - 6:15p
- 50% of weekends
- Three on-call shifts in a six-week schedule
- Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella vaccination or lab confirmed immunity
- Flu vaccine during flu season in the year of hire and annually thereafter, or approved medical or religious exemption
