Job Summary

Provide medical and mental health care to individuals experiencing homelessness across NYC as part of a mobile crisis outreach team. Conduct medical and mental health assessments in field and office settings, identify crises requiring immediate intervention, coordinate with crisis coordinators, outreach teams, law enforcement, and hospitals for safe transfers, deliver direct hands-on medical care, perform timely clinical documentation, and ensure alignment with program requirements. Requires NY State RN license and BLS; travel across NYC boroughs and flexible scheduling (evenings/weekends/holidays) are expected.

Required Qualifications

  • Active NY State RN License
  • AHA BLS Certification
  • 2+ years in mental behavioral health
  • Calm, compassionate, and strong crisis intervention skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; travel across boroughs required
