Job Summary
Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band® and correct ear shapes with EarWell® in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting. Evaluate patients for plagiocephaly and misshapen ears, developing relationships with families throughout the treatment process. Provide hands-on patient care and orthotic fitting while maintaining a traditional work week with no nights or weekends. This role offers direct patient care with minimal paperwork and no productivity quotas. Candidates receive visible, measurable results in two to three weeks and benefit from a nationwide company structure with future training, mentoring, and travel opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN
- Prior pediatric experience
- 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces, maternity belts)
- A background in pediatrics
- Applicant must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
- Person must be able to complete AHCA's screening program (Florida Candidates Only)
