Job Summary
Coordinate department throughput, efficiencies, and staffing for perioperative nursing care across designated surgical specialties. Secure, procure, and maintain supplies, equipment, and instruments required to deliver optimal surgical care. Manage perioperative workflows and communicate with all key stakeholders working in or near perioperative areas. Maintain accountability for nursing care provided in your designated specialty while ensuring competency for all patient age groups. Requires an IL RN license, BSN, and OR experience. Full-time role with 7:30a to 4p M-F hours.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program
- IL RN License
- CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in OR setting
- Team building

- Effective communication
- Demonstrate competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty
