Job Summary
Coordinate department throughput, efficiencies, resources, and staffing for designated surgical specialties. Secure and maintain supplies, equipment, and instruments necessary for optimal surgical care. Manage perioperative workflows and communicate with all key stakeholders across perioperative areas. Hold accountability for perioperative nursing care delivery. Requires IL RN license, BSN (to be acquired within 24 months), and OR experience. Full-time role with 7:30a to 4p M-F hours.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program
- IL RN License
- CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in OR setting
- Team building

- Effective communication
- Competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty
