Job Summary
Coordinate department throughput, efficiencies, and staffing while maintaining accountability for perioperative nursing care across designated surgical specialties. Secure and maintain necessary supplies, equipment, and instruments to deliver optimal surgical care. Manage perioperative workflows and communicate with all key stakeholders involved in perioperative areas. This full-time role in Evanston, IL requires a BSN and IL RN license, with a schedule of 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- BSN or currently enrolled in BSN program
- IL RN License
- CPR BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Experience in OR setting
- Team building

- Effective communication
- Competency in care of all patient age groups specific to specialty
