Job Summary
Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room contract for 13 weeks with 4x10-hour rotating shifts. Provide direct patient care in the OR, ensure sterile techniques and safety protocols, and collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to facilitate efficient procedures. Proficiently operate robotic systems (DaVinci Xi, Mako, Rosa) and demonstrate orthopedic and general surgery skills. Document patient information in EPIC EMR and participate in on-call rotations. Includes lodging/meals/incidental reimbursement, licensure/certification reimbursement, completion bonus, and comprehensive benefits. Location: Cedar Rapids, IA.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse license (Iowa)
- Operating Room experience
- Proficiency with robotic systems (DaVinci Xi, Mako, Rosa)
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations (one night per week, up to one weekend per month)
- COVID-19 vaccination (medical/religious exemptions may apply)
