Job Summary
Provide individualized, compassionate nursing care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families, collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care, and serve as a resource for fellow staff handling complex patient needs. This role emphasizes direct patient care, rehabilitation-focused goals, and active involvement in patient and family-centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
