Job Summary
Join the Hilton Head ED Team as an RN. Work in a 25-bed Emergency Department with shifts 7pm-7am and weekend/holiday rotations. Provide rapid triage and comprehensive patient assessments across the lifespan; recognize and report critical changes; collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other units; ensure clear handoffs during transfers; offer emotional support to patients and families; advocate for patients’ rights and preferences. Relocation assistance up to $7,500 available; sign-on bonus may apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing, required
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required
- If RN license inactive/retired >5 years, board-approved refresher course required prior to reactivating license
- One year relevant experience, preferred
