Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunity focused on inpatient rehabilitation with Encompass Health. You will supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, address patient concerns, build relationships with patients and families, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes delivering personalized support to guide patients through rehabilitation and recovery, leveraging cutting-edge technology and a patient-centric approach. Qualifications include current RN licensure, CPR certification (ACLS preferred), CRRN preferred, and prior rehab hospital experience preferred. Location: Gardner, KS. This is a full-time position centered on direct patient care in an inpatient setting.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
