Job Summary
Registered Nurse role in an inpatient rehabilitation setting at Encompass Health (Mitchell, SD). Provide individualized, compassionate care; supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments; tailor care plans; collaborate with multiple departments; support fellow staff; build meaningful relationships with patients and families; contribute to patient rehabilitation goals; weekend coverage available; 13-week short-term contract with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $40.00–$51.27 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
