Registered Nurse

Deliver holistic, patient-centered care in a faith-based community health center; provide direct clinical care, administer medications and immunizations, support chronic disease management, assist with triage, and coordinate referrals. Work within an interdisciplinary team to educate patients, advocate for health equity, and help reduce barriers to care for underserved individuals and families in a primary care setting.
