Job Summary
Registered Nurse at Encompass Health in Sterling, IL, offering a sign-on bonus and full-time night shift. Lead and supervise patient care, perform patient assessments, tailor individualized care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
