Job Summary
Lead patient assessments and supervise care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; tailor care plans and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality care and providing direct patient care when needed. Demonstrates RN licensure and CPR/ACLS capabilities while fostering relationships with patients and families and mentoring staff to support rehabilitation goals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
