Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse RN at Concordia Home Health and Hospice, you will provide compassionate patient care and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and physicians. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of state-approved school with course in pharmacology
- Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle with insurance
