Job Summary
Registered Nurse - Compliance Partner responsible for clinical compliance audits, internal investigations under direction of compliance leadership, and review of medical records/claims to detect compliance or quality issues. Role includes creating and presenting training on clinical and healthcare compliance topics, performing clinical systems audits, and assisting operations with corrective action plans. Travel required ~70% within Washington and surrounding states. Ideal candidate has nursing experience in skilled nursing facilities, strong communication and writing skills, the ability to work independently from a home office on long-term projects, and the credibility to partner with facilities and providers to promote ethical, compliant operations. Pre-employment background screening required. Location is field-based with travel to assigned facilities; requires RN licensure and applicable leadership experience.
