Registered Nurse - Community Pediatrics Adolescent Medicine - RN

Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care for assigned patients. Implement, evaluate, and communicate all phases of nursing care within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model. Provide leadership through preceptor roles, quality improvement efforts, and mentoring. Delegate patient care based on skill level, experience, and acuity. Possess excellent communication skills and participate on committees or projects as needed. This role supports professional nursing practice across the continuum of care. Eligible for TN sponsorship requiring state licensure and VisaScreen certification.
