Job Summary
Deliver top-tier clinical care to residents and patients while administering medications and managing safety protocols. Document observations promptly and accurately, communicate effectively with physicians and families, and respond to emergencies including CPR when necessary. Supervise staff, monitor patient health, and develop long-term care plans while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations, HIPAA standards, and the Nurse Practice Act. Maintain adherence to clinical policies and procedures. Valid RN license, BSN preferred, and six months long-term care experience required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Must pass state-specific background checks prior to patient contact
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing
- Current RN Licensure in the State employed
- Valid CPR Certification
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment
