Job Summary
Provide nursing care in an outpatient community health setting under the direction of the Practice Manager and Physicians. Responsibilities include phone triage, rooming patients, reviewing test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and conveying plans of care and patient education. Also handle NorthShore Connect messages, and chart in Epic. Requires IL RN license; BSN strongly preferred; BLS/CPR certification; approximately 24 hours per week with hours 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Monday–Friday; travel may be required based on department needs.
Required Qualifications
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL
- NLN accredited nursing program graduate; BSN strongly preferred
- BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Provider
- 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital setting
